This detached house is arranged over two storeys with an internal courtyard garden. Originally built in 2004 with reclaimed yellow brick & slate roof, it’s difficult narrow internal space was transformed by a clever remodel which maximised natural light.

Accessed via the courtyard, or via a continuation of the hallway, is a separate living room with high ceilings, bi-fold doors and additional north-facing glazing.
